Florence Rostami, Esq.    Principal

Florence Rostami founded the Florence Rostami Law, LLC. She provides legal counsel in real estate, corporate law, contracts, compliance, and M&A. Ms. Rostami has experience negotiating international contracts. Ms. Rostami also litigates commercial cases.

Ms. Rostami is also active in community service, having received recognition from The Association of Trial Lawyers of America for her legal service to support the September 11 victims.

Ms. Rostami lived in Japan for six years and is fluent in Japanese. She has a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.S. from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the California, New York, and Texas bars.

Neal D. Haber, Esq.    Partner

Neal D. Haber is a Partner at Florence Rostami Law, LLC. Mr. Haber has practiced law for nearly thirty years with Moss & Boris, P.C., exclusively in the field of employment law. Prior to joining Moss & Boris, Mr. Haber served for three years as counsel to members of the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Haber’s legal practice has encompassed all aspects of labor law, employment and discrimination law and employee relations, with extensive experience in representing management on a nationwide basis in all aspects of employment litigation and in counseling management in related areas, and has also represented senior management in negotiation of employment agreements and in compensation and termination disputes. He has litigated in Federal and State courts, in administrative proceedings
before the National Labor Relations Board, and before federal, state and local fair employment practices agencies, as well as in arbitrations and mediations conducted through employment dispute resolution programs and arising from collective bargaining agreements. He has also conducted numerous seminars on important topics in the field of labor and employment law. Mr. Haber holds a B.S. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and received his J.D. degree from Boston University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Garth Goldberg, Esq.

Garth Goldberg, Esq.,    Of Counsel

Mr. Goldberg has practiced law for over 27 years, and has tried dozens of cases, in Federal and State courts, including twenty-nine jury cases to verdict, as first-chair counsel, in complex areas of law, including commercial disputes, contracts, professional errors and omissions, real estate, products liability, medical devices, insurance, toxic torts, transportation, and ancillary fields. Mr. Goldberg has represented multi-national corporations, mid-sized businesses, small businesses and individuals. Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Major in Physics, with Distinction in General Scholarship, and his J.D. from the University of California, Davis.

Mr. Goldberg’s published appellate cases include: Nueva v. John Deere Ins. Co. (9th Cir. 2002) 229 F.3d 853, Wilshire Ins. Co. v. Sentry Select Ins. Co. (2004) 124 Cal.App.4th 27, Pruyn v. Agricultural Ins. Co. (1995) 36 Cal.App.4th 500, and Harris v. Northwestern National Ins. Co. (1992) 6 Cal.App.4th 1061. Mr. Goldberg is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of New York, the State of Pennsylvania, and the State of California, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Central District of California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Goldberg is also registered as a Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Michael Wilders, Esq.    Of Counsel

Mr. Michael Wilders serves as of counsel for Florence Rostami Law, LLC. Mr. Wilders is also a Managing Partner with Wilders & Weinberg, P.C., a law firm specializing exclusively in the practice of U.S. immigration and nationality law. Wilders & Weinberg, P.C. was established in 1960 by Michael’s father, Leon Wilders, whose best-known accomplishment was his successful representation of John Lennon in his widely publicized deportation proceedings, the circumstances of which have inspired several films and documentaries. More than fifty years since its inception the firm continues to serve a distinguished domestic and international clientele and covers all areas of U.S. immigration law, including employment and investment-based immigration, work permits and other types of visas.

In addition to running a highly successful immigration law practice, Michael serves as Counsel to Lincoln Center and two international/corporate law firms. A former Federal Prosecutor with the United States Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn (1989-1993), Michael has testified on Capitol Hill in connection with anti-terrorism legislation, is a frequent participant on professional panels and commentator on network television and radio with regard to US immigration law, employer sanction work and compliance, and is internationally renowned for his successful representation of distinguished individuals and corporate clients. Michael also severed two terms as the Mayor of Englewood, New Jersey, was appointed to the District Appeals Board of the Selective Service System for the State of New Jersey, was a member of the New Jersey Governor’s Blue Panel on Immigration, is a frequent participant on professional panels and commentator on network television and radio with regard to immigration law, and has been a guest lecturer at many distinguished forums and institutions including, Yale University, New York University, Brooklyn Law School, and The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where Michael is an Adjunct Professor of Business Immigration Law.
