Florence Rostami, Esq. Principal
Florence Rostami founded the Florence Rostami Law, LLC. She provides legal counsel in real estate, corporate law, contracts, compliance, and M&A. Ms. Rostami has experience negotiating international contracts. Ms. Rostami also litigates commercial cases.
Ms. Rostami is also active in community service, having received recognition from The Association of Trial Lawyers of America for her legal service to support the September 11 victims.
Ms. Rostami lived in Japan for six years and is fluent in Japanese. She has a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.S. from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the California, New York, and Texas bars.

Andrew T. Watt, Esq. Associate
Prior to joining Florence Rostami Law, LLC in 2010, Mr. Watt practiced at Kirby, McInerney, LLP specializing in Federal class action litigation, involving corporate governance, securities, and ERISA compliance. Prior to that, he practiced at Roberts & Holland, LLP, specializing in taxation, including corporate, real estate, financial instruments, non-profits, and tax litigation. While in law school, Mr. Watt interned at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, as well as with the General Counsel at WNET Thirteen, New York Public Television.
Mr. Watt is admitted to the New York State Bar, and the United States
District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He
graduated with a B.A. in economics from Columbia College, an M.A.
from Yale University, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he
was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an Articles Editor for the
Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts.

Lawrence D. Waxman, Esq. Of Counsel
Mr. Waxman, a principal of Waxman & Waxman P.C., serves as of counsel to Florence Rostami Law, LLC. He has been practicing law for 30 years and focuses on real estate law, including real estate tax reduction. In addition, he counsels numerous business and corporations in commercial transactions.
Mr. Waxman received his B.A. from New York University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

James Irani, Esq. Of Counsel
Mr. Irani serves as Of Counsel to the Florence Rostami Law, LLC. He has represented clients from many countries. His litigation skills and knowledge in difficult immigration cases, deportation, Stokes hearings, and Board of Immigration Appeals make him one of the most active immigration attorneys in the United States.
Mr. Irani has been admitted to the New York bar, the United States Supreme Court as well as to the United States District Court for the
Eastern, Western, Southern and Northern Districts of New York. He
lectures on immigration and civil rights issues relating to foreign nationals.
He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers'
Association and is also a member of the New York County Lawyers'
Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
